We’re looking for a Regional Managing Director to join our Retirement Distribution Sales Management team. In this role, you’ll lead overall sales in the Core segment for our West Coast Region team.

Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional work experience
- Must have 10+ years of retirement sales experience with deep knowledge on retirement products
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with clients and internal partners
- Must have strong understanding of industry, portfolio construction, capital markets, financial service products and regulations
- Ability to lead multiple projects, problem-solving skills, leadership skills, analytical skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills, relationship building, and time management skills
- Demonstrates accountability to own problems and provides solutions
- Demonstrates ability of new insights, innovation, and challenges the status quo
- Overnight travel is required to fulfill responsibilities of assigned territory objectives 50-70% required. As a required part of the role, candidate must be able to provide personal transportation to business related events.
Licensing required based on state/federal laws and/or company policy in accordance with current licensing policy:
- FINRA Series 6 or equivalent and Series 63 or equivalent. Must meet firm standards for registration within applicable jurisdictions.
- FINRA Series 24 (or 26) required within 3 months of employment.
- You’ll be required to become a non-registered fingerprint person of Principal Securities Incorporated.
- Life and Health Insurance Licenses required for all states in which business will be conducted.

This role to be located near or around Denver, CO with a hybrid work environment.
