To grow our business and to drive commercial results in terms of volume, revenue and contribution margin. We count on you for:Delivery of the Novecare Value Creation Plan (VCP) plan in the region; deliver growth of sales and ICM as per planDefine channels to market / distribution strategyEnsure regional promotional activities to support business development;Implement the COA margin policies, and manage pricing and margin evolutionDelivering on commercial KPIs including Sales and ICM Budgets, sales forecasts and cash targetsEstablish/maintain major customer relationships;Negotiate complex agreements to meet objectives; Collaborate with R&I and market development teams to identify, select and manage new growth and innovation projects. Manage the team of Account Managers, allocate responsibilities to represent the business at Key Accounts, Critical Accounts and Key DistributorsEnsure commercial and performance excellence best practicesCross functional collaboration, Team Effectiveness and Performance Develop and grow talents in the commercial teamYou can count on us for:A challenging and rewarding work environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.A diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone is valued and respected.
