Position: Regional Marketing Coordinator
Location: Las Vegas, NV (Hybrid - 2 days on site)
Position Summary: Coordinate marketing activities while strengthening the New American Funding brand in the Nevada market. Common duties include working closely with the Regional Marketing Manager to assist in executing overall marketing plans, identifying marketing objectives, analyzing local competition, and coordinating marketing opportunities.
Salary: $20/hr to $25/hr depending on experience
Responsibilities:Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Works with Regional Marketing Manager to help in overall strategy development and research.
2. Coordinates the creation and production of sales, marketing, and packaging materials.
3. Assist in coordinating various external marketing and internal communication activities.
4. Assists in writing, design, and assemble of marketing and communication collaterals.
5. Assists in generating internal database information, such as targeting lists and counts for direct marketing projects.
6. Assists with the onboarding of new employees and marketing transitions.
7. Assists team in implementing various marketing systems including CRM & Tech services.
8. Branch social media management for select branches and market leaders including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
9. Coordinates trade show exhibits, promotions, packaging, shipping, and staff travel plans, and travels to and participates in trade shows when necessary.
10. Helps prepare for involvement in community organizations and events.
11. Develop and maintain team websites, market newsletters, emails, social media campaigns
12. Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives
13. Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brand.
14. Other duties may be assigned.
Desired Competencies:
1. Experience with marketing methodologies and analytics.
2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Must be able to meet deadlines and department performance standards.
5. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask
6. Design or Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign background is a plus but not required
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities
8. Knowledge of all social networking platforms
9. Proficient in Canva design
10. Creative with an eye for detail and design
Desired Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 years' experience in marketing/brand management
- Mortgage industry experience is a plus but not required
