About the Job
The Regional Marketing Director provides leadership and oversight for marketing in an assigned division/region reporting to the Senior Director, Regional Operations. Oversees team efforts to plan and carry out local and regional marketing initiatives and supports strategic and tactical marketing efforts throughout the organization driving subscriber growth at the regional level. Assists with the development and alignment of local and regional marketing, advertising and promotional activities. Helps creates and drives implementation of brand awareness campaigns and associated deliverables for website, print, digital and other media in support of marketing programs and initiatives. Monitors, reviews and reports on marketing activities, local competition, sales impact and budget execution. Severs as a local representative at regional marketing events, representing Cable One with a focus on subscriber growth.
The Director, Regional Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy to drive growth and brand engagement within region.
What you will do to contribute to the company's success
- Oversees Marketing teams, leaders and processes.
- Works with Product and Marketing teams / stakeholders to develop strategies and manage marketing programs.
- Oversees and owns all facets of Marketing, including:
- Market planning and analysis,
- Brand management,
- Customer insights,
- Strategy development,
- Segmentation,
- Creative development,
- Go-to-market strategies,
- Channel management,
- Customer lifecycle management and retention.
- Supports the implementation of go-to-market strategies, including product, price, promotion and place.
- Aligns Marketing's targets with sales and distribution teams.
- Works with Industry Relations & Events leadership to define, develop and execute special events, including trade shows.
- Builds and nurtures relationships with media, third-party service providers and other stakeholders.
- Directs and supports market research collection, analysis and interpretation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or advanced degree in Marketing or Business preferred
- 8-10 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably with experience managing regional or multi-location marketing efforts.
- Marketing certifications a plus - Certified Professional Marketer (CPM), Digital Marketing Certification, Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualifications, American Marketing Association (AMA) Professional Certified Marketing (PCM)
- Experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Knowledge of telecom infrastructure, technology, and market trends.
- Knowledge of regional market trends and customer behaviors.
- Experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively to develop new marketing ideas and strategies.
- Strong strategic planning skills to align regional marketing efforts with overall company goals.
