About the Job
Regional Medical Director will support primary care medical groups located in Norfolk, Springfield, Richmond, Williamsburg, Roanoke. Incumbent may live in any of the Medical Group locations listed.
Role will include hands on clinical care and administrative leadership responsibilities for the area.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- MD or DO from accredited medical school
- Active medical license
- 5+ years of experience in hospice care, palliative care, or home-based primary care
- Experience in medical leadership and clinical innovation expected
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Active CPR Certification
- Completed an accredited residency program
- ABMS or AOA board certification
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- 1+ years of leadership/supervisory experience
- Experience caring for patients in their home setting
