Provide tactical operations support for assigned territory Leader by example; implement strategies to capture market share; manage sale and delivery of products/services to achieve agreed end result; budget accountability; goals and objectives management; maintain communication with established clients to ensure successful business development

+ Assignments are received in objective oriented terms. Provides guidance to subordinate supervisors or high level staff specialists based on organizational goals and company policy. Work is reviewed in terms of meeting the organization’s objectives and schedules
+ Establishes operating policies that affect subordinate multi-level organizational units. Interprets, executes, and recommends modifications to organizational policies
+ Accomplishes results through subordinate supervisors or exempt specialist associates. Modifies the structure of organizational units or a centralized functional activity subject to senior middle management approval. Often responsible for managing a staff function of the company.
+ Training and on-boarding of new associates; ongoing training of existing associates and tracking of IDPs
+ Responsible for all projects assigned to the organizational unit. Acts as an advisor to the subordinate supervisors or staff members to help meet established schedules or resolved technical or operational problems. Directly participates in establishing/administering centralized functional projects. Submits and administers budget schedules and performance standards
+ Drive and implement company and region operations strategy
+ Responsible for driving compliance excellence through Field Operations Managers and conducting quarterly CAP reviews
+ Erroneous decisions or recommendations would normally result in critical delays and modifications to project/operations; cause substantial expenditure of time, human resources and funds; and jeopardize future business activity
+ Frequent contact with equivalent level inter-organizational managers and customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements or contractual clarification. Conducts briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives
+ Liaison between Strategic and National Account Managers
What you need to bring:
+ Minimum High School or GED High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s degree
+ 4 – 5 years of operations experience
+ Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
+ Strong customer focus and customer service skills
+ Experience presenting to C-level executives
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
+ Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts or projects
+ Experience describing and documenting project or client requirements
+ Must be detailed oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
+ Strong management skills based on several years of experience, including people development and team building
+ Superior consulting, leadership, management, interpersonal and mentoring skills

Pay Rate: $96,400.00 - $67,735.00 Annually

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
