Regional Operations Specialist - RCFE license required
Must reside in Northern California.
The Regional Operations Specialist is responsible for the efficient operation and overall management and direction of the day-to-day functions of an assigned Community in accordance with policies and procedures, current standards, guidelines, and regulations. The position is responsible for achieving and maintaining budgeted occupancy; achieving and maintaining budgetary compliance; professionally representing the Company and creating a supportive and enjoyable experience for residents and team members.
The position requires travel to and from the assigned community in the states of California. Duration of the assignment may vary.
Salary range: $145k-155k
Responsibilities:
- Assume the administrative authority, responsibility and accountability of directing the overall management and control of the activities and programs of the Community, its residents, its employees, and financial assets.
- Represent the property in dealing with outside agencies, including governmental agencies. Participate in property surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies including developing and executing plans of correction when required.
- Promote the property in a positive manner and effectively communicate the organization’s values to residents, visitors, team members and the greater community at large.
- Coach and direct Community Directors to meet the expectations and requirements of the Company including financial management, excellent service, and team member relations.
- Guide and lead marketing and sales efforts to meet or exceed targeted census goals in a timely manner and in alignment with Company expectations, procedures, and regulatory requirements including the appropriate level of care.
Qualifications:
- RCFE Administrator Certificate.
- Two years of college required.
- Three years of experience providing residential care to the elderly.
- Prior working experience with reporting and data in RealPage Accounting and Leasing & Rents, You’ve Got Leads (YGL), and ADP or other HRIS is preferred.
