As a regional practice manager of
Insights & Data (I&D), you would be managing a high-performance team of
data and analytics professionals, lead client engagements and provide delivery
excellence across I&D portfolio, provide thought leadership, and deliver
value to our clients through innovative insights and data solutions
Your Responsibilities
+ Manage team of data and analytics professionals acrossdata engineering, BI, automation, and data science, involving overseeingthe engagements, hiring talent, mentoring, and coaching team.
+ Lead highly complex and large-scale dataand analytics engagements including data and analytics strategyengagements, build and implementation engagements, and run engagements
+ Provide direction toteam to deliver outputs which provide our clients high qualitydeliverables with focus on business outcomes and storytelling
+ Play a client-servicerole for data and analytics engagements by partnering with clients tobecome a trusted advisor, manage and exceed client expectations, andpresent findings to clients.
+ Own solutioning, clientmanagement, delivery of data and analytics projects
+ Support in businessgrowth through collaboration with account teams on pre-sales activitiesthrough research, solutioning support and providing thought leadership.And working with alliance partners on sell-with opportunities
+ Work on ongoingdevelopment of data and analytics capabilities across the team,development of new assets, and contribute to GTM solutions for data andanalytics
Qualifications/Experience
+ 10+ years of experiencein delivering large scale data and analytics engagements
+ Strong experience acrossthe entire data and analytics lifecycle including data integration, datamanagement, data architecture, data governance, data quality, automation,and data science
+ Ability to definebusiness case for data and analytics solutions, measure and reportbusiness outcomes, and do storytelling to executives
+ Ability to interfacewith client at any level, executive to engineer
+ Hands-on across data andanalytics, and able to coach and mentor team in situations where teamrequires technical help
+ Strong experience indata and analytics ecosystem across Azure, AWS, Google, with Azure asmust have (including SQL, Azure Data Lake, Synapse, Azure ML, Purview)
