Immediate benefits include work from home flexibility, travel, a competitive base salary with uncapped incentives, excellent benefits (Medical, Dental, 401k, PTO), and a Company Car (subject to a driving record check) provided. **Basic Qualifications:** - High School Diploma or equivalent with 1+ years of sales experience OR - Completion of a Zurich-approved Apprenticeship program with an Associate Degree (no prior sales experience required). - Ability to obtain insurance sales licenses where required. **Preferred Qualifications:** - 4+ years of business-to-business outside sales experience. - Strong understanding of direct sales principles, closing techniques, and industry-specific terminology. - Familiarity with insurance industry regulations. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Current insurance sales licenses (where required) or the ability to be licensed. - Experience with financial statement analysis. **Background:** Zurich Direct Markets specializes in offering Property and Casualty insurance and F&I products to the automotive industry, supported by a dedicated field sales team that regularly engages directly with clients. In this role, we're seeking a top-performing individual with exceptional outside sales skills. As a **Regional Producer** , your responsibilities will include: **_- Prospecting:_** Identifying and developing new business prospects, focusing on providing Property and Casualty insurance to large automotive dealers, while also supporting F&I product marketing within the assigned territory. Attending Automotive industry events to promote Zurich's sales and marketing initiatives. **_- Relationship Management:_** Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders via various channels (in-person and virtual) to maintain solid relationships. **_- Closing:_** Managing and growing your assigned territory to achieve profitability and exceed sales targets. **_- Direct Sales:_** Conducting sales presentations either in-person or via Microsoft Teams. **_- Consulting:_** Collaborating with field team members to ensure seamless implementation of programs and products, while strengthening customer relationships. **_- Building market share:_** Working remotely in an entrepreneurial environment As an insurance company, Zurich is subject to 18 U.S. Code § 1033.
