As a Regional Project Coordinator, you'll lead the planning, execution, and completion of installation and maintenance projects at customer locations, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You'll coordinate team efforts and third-party contractors to meet and exceed expectations.

Ideal candidates are organized, meticulous, and excellent communicators who thrive in fast-paced environments. You'll manage resources including technician assignments, monitor milestones, and communicate project progress clearly.

Collaborate with Customers, Sales Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and Service Operations to ensure projects meet customer expectations and achieve profitable outcomes. Make a significant impact and drive excellence in every project.

Job Opportunity: Regional Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and report on multiple projects from start to finish.
• Set and achieve milestones, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with sales and service teams.
• Communicate project expectations and progress to team members and stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources and efforts with various departments and external partners.
• Negotiate for necessary personnel and additional staff or consultants as needed.
• Manage project expectations, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
• Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and deliverables.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Analyze status reports and troubleshoot issues.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of equipment installation, technical services, or construction, with a track record of staying current with industry trends and developing company-wide methods or policies.
• Project Coordination: 2+ years in project coordination, covering all aspects of process development and execution.
• Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a team and manage project resources efficiently.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in project management software (MS Project, MS Project Server) and advanced in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat).
• ERP Systems: Experience with ERP systems, especially Acumatica, is a plus.
• Work Style: Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
