Responsibilities include implementing channel segmentation to drive maximum returns, internal sales transactions, and the day-to-day remarketing duties
This position requires the ability to execute in a changing environment and ability to lead through influence
Program management knowledge with demonstrated track record of problem solving, be results driven
An in-depth understanding of the industrial equipment remarketing segment including physical and digital channels will be necessary for success
Success will be measured by achieving return percentages measured against the original equipment cost of the equipment, high team engagement, and a quantifiable positive impact on the entire company.The job requires constant interaction with team members, customers, and vendors.Regular and consistent use of a computer system to communicate, gather and analyze information is required
Must be able to quickly assimilate information and data, understand, and resolve complex problems.Position RequirementsSunstate is a proud Second Chance employer that evaluates every candidate on a case-by-case basis.Minimum of 8-15 years of equipment sales and/or Remarketing experience.Proven record of executing as a change agent through large-scale strategic initiatives.Comfortable and successful in influencing without authority.Strong and proven negotiation skills.Proven record of successfully developing business cases, creating implementation plans, and driving execution of revenue generating initiatives.High degree of financial acumen and experience managing P&L.A strong understanding of construction equipment and fleet operations.Excellent vendor management skills.Comfortable working and managing through ambiguity.Great communication skills through all levels of the organization.Intermediate Microsoft Excel competencies (VLOOKUP, pivot table, data visualization).Questions?
