Regional Construction Manager Job Description:
Responsible for hiring, training, & managing multiple crews, services, installations in Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, & Georgia. Company is currently managing 600 projects per year.
Projects are bathrooms, kitchens, construction. Most projects are a 3-5 day installations.
Position Responsibilities included are as follows, but not limited to:
- Recruiting, hiring installers for all geographical areas serviced.
- Managing, motivating, quality controlling existing installers
- Ensure installers are on job sites on time every time
- Ensure jobs are completed and collected in a timely manner per project
- Track, analyze installation numbers weekly and monthly for goals
- Responsible for keeping Gross profitability on jobs minimum 65%
- Ensure stock materials are available and checked out by installers
- Meet installers daily at warehouse to pick up materials, job info packets, etc. as able
- Conduct on site measurement visits with all Net projects. (Getting addendums or finance docs could be required at on site visits)
- Order and schedule materials to jobsite for all jobs (kitchens, baths, siding, additions, etc)
- Service – Handle all services including initial call, scheduling service, parts ordering, and work
- Assist in arbitrating customer disputes along with regional sales manager
- Quality control site visits and request reviews from satisfied customers.
- Accept, review, and submit weekly contractor invoices.
- Implement installation procedures for new product lines.
- Receive and inventory materials at warehouse.
- Manage installation schedule for weather, delays, sickness, etc.
