Regional Safety Manager - Industrial Construction - Base Salary to 140k/year - Buffalo, NY

• Our client is a leading industrial construction company with over 60 years in civil, mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing projects. As they grow to become one of the industry’s top firms, they are searching for a Regional Safety Manager to champion their safety culture on Buffalo-area projects.
• The Regional Safety Manager will lead safety efforts to ensure a proactive and positive safety culture, working closely with team members to meet and exceed safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting audits, updating safety programs, and investigating incidents.
• Tracking incident metrics and applying findings to improve safety.
• Managing worker’s compensation cases with confidentiality and care.
• Collaborating with regulatory bodies and internal teams to ensure compliance.
• Leading, developing, and overseeing safety team members.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in safety, including 3+ in supervisory roles.
• Industry Knowledge: Construction experience required; DOT, MSHA, and other federal regulations are a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s in safety or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Professionalism and conduct that set the standard for safety within the organization.

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 140k/year
