About the Job
The Southwest Regional Sales Director is one of the most vital roles at our fast-growing company. This Region is an established market for our ever-growing organization. As the leader in the industrial insulated apparel industry, we are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic, talented salesperson to join our team and lead our growth in the Southwest which includes AZ, NM, CO, UT and NV.
Responsibilities:
- Professionally grow and manage all the National Accounts within the Southwest region
- Travel to develop and maintain relationships with client base
- Introduce new world class products and provide expertise to drive new business opportunities
- Manage new leads and business opportunities from initial call to nurturing and growing the account into a repetitive customer
- Exceed monthly call and follow up requirements
- Demonstrate a commitment to follow up and customer satisfaction
- Must be a team player with solid communication skills
- Attend sales meetings in various locations across the country, as well as support tradeshow activities as needed
Qualifications:
- A BA/BS degree from a nationally accredited college or university, and/or equivalent work experience
- Direct B2B sales experience of 5 or more years
- Leadership and organizational skills are extremely valuable
- A track record of successfully achieving goals and/or quotas
- A continuous and verifiable record of integrity, ambition and accountability
- Results driven, good presentation and negotiation skills
- The right attitude and cultural fit for our fast-growing company, which has a significant and strategic focus on sales
- Ability to travel 40-50% of time
