Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the region
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
