About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales activities within a designated region. As a Regional Sales Manager at Pettito, you will be responsible for setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and leading a sales team to achieve and exceed targets. You will work closely with the sales team, provide coaching and training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of sales initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and training to achieve individual and team targets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on those opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales and foster long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in the high-ticket retail industry.
- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team towards the achievement of common goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to drive strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
