REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
We're looking for a dynamic leader to join the Rent One team as a Regional Sales Manager and oversee up to nine of our stores. The pay range we're offering is competitive with opportunities for you to maximize your earning potential though performance incentives.
- We provide you with a company vehicle since you will be regularly traeling to different stores.
- We will also furnish your laptop and phone so you can stay productive from any location.
- We're even flexible on determining which store will be your home office!
Requirements:
- Minimum of two-years of multi-unit management experience;
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Experience hiring and developing co-workers;
- Excellent multitasking, decision making, organization and on occasion, negotiating skills;
- Experience with client retention is a plus;
- Must comply with drug-free workplace program and pass post-offer mouth swab drug test;
- Must have valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that complies with organizational standards.

A day in the life of a Regional Sales Manager varies, but regular activities include:
- Maximize store performance and efficiency through implementation of proper hiring, scheduling, training, performance management, and mentoring initiatives;
- Ensuring employee engagement and motivation;
- Optimize reporting and performance metrics to maximize regional profitability;
- Verify and report organizational compliance with corporate policies and procedures;
- Validate store reported audit results.
