En.Range, Inc. is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Regional Sales Manager to help expand our client base and grow existing relationships. In this role, you will proactively develop new sales leads, turn those leads into new clients, grow relationships with existing clients, and meet sales targets to fuel the company's growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is goal-driven, organized, and has proven skills in sales and customer management.

We offer comprehensive metals recovery, cleaning/de-leading, waste management, and environmental consulting services to a diverse clientele that includes commercial shooting ranges, sportsmen's clubs, municipalities, law enforcement agencies, federal and state agencies, colleges, academies, universities, and the military. With a focus on efficiency and profitability, En.Range ensures that shooting ranges operate cleaner and more sustainably. Our services are available nationwide, supporting the environmental and operational needs of ranges across the United States.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through cold calling and site visits.
- Identify and pursue requests for proposals (RFPs) from state, county, and city sources.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Present En.Range services as the best solutions to address customer pain points.
- Keep accurate, detailed records for sales management.
- Convert sales orders into actionable work orders.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Represent En.Range at trade shows and industry events.
- Travel as needed (up to 40%).
- 3+ years of relevant sales experience.
- Strong consultative selling and customer relationship management skills.
- High energy, positive attitude, and a goal-driven mindset.
- Ability to take initiative and make informed decisions independently.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of firearms and shooting ranges is a plus.
- Degree preferred; high-school graduate required.
