Job Description
The Sales team has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to manage and profitably growEurofins EAG's business in the assigned territory. Candidates located in Southern CAand surrounding areas are encouraged to apply. This individual will be part of a diverse team that will successfully build customer relationships and bring the voice of the customer into the larger Eurofins EAG organization.
This is a remote position with required frequent local travel (more than 50% of the time).
- Profitably grow Eurofins EAG's sourced revenue year to year to meet agreed upon targets.
- Identify the best opportunities and develop strategies to ensure these opportunities are converted to sales.
- Follow established sales processes to ensure selling effectiveness.
- Identify customer needs and communicate these to operational teams for evaluation and action.
Qualifications
- BS degree in engineering, materials science or related field.
- Semiconductor experience is a must.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Proficient communicator and listener.
- Demonstrates effective negotiation and closing techniques.
- Strong analysis and judgment skills.
- Able to work individually and independently as wellas part of a team.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Computer literate, high level of accuracy and detail oriented.
- Manage multiple functionsand maintain good organizational skills.
