Top Gun Staffing Group LLC is excited to announce a new partnership with a leading manufacturing company in Illinois that specializes in cutting-edge technology across a wide range of industrial products. We are currently seeking a talented individual to join their team as the Northeast Regional Sales Rep.
As the Northeast Regional Sales Rep, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong client relationships in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your sales expertise and contribute to the growth of this innovative company.
Responsibilities:
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on all sales leads.
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
- Coordinate with other personnel to ensure proper customer support.
- Maintain and update current CRM with all sales activity and reporting requirements.
- Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Perform equipment training and installations at the customers site as required.
- Work with service and technical support to quickly resolve technical issues.
- Other miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years relevant experience and BS Degree in Business or Technical discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Experience in capital equipment sales is preferred and experience in industrial sales is a plus.
- A strong technical aptitude.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to function effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication, both verbal and written, along with strong organizational and presentation skills.
- Computer literacy with working knowledge of MS Office.
- SAP experience a plus.
- Valid Driver's License and Passport. Frequent travel is required (60%).
Salary Range:
- $55,000 - $85,000/year base salary + bonus (based on territory goals per the company's sales incentive plan) and generous benefits package.
