Regional Accounts Manager

In the role of Regional Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating new client relationships and nurturing existing ones within your designated territory. 


Key responsibilities include:



+ Developing and maintaining strong client relationships with a focus on exceptional customer service.


+ Providing consultative roofing service solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.


+ Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building efforts.


+ Organizing and executing targeted programs and communications to reinforce the value propositions of Simon Roofing.


Job Requirements:


+ A degree focusing on Sales, Construction Management, Communications, Business, Social Sciences, or Marketing is preferred. 


+ At least 2 years of outside sales experience. (Roofing experience not required.)


+ Cold Calling/Prospecting experience


+ Customer service oriented.


+ Knowledgeable about the local community in your assigned territory.


+ Ability to climb ladders to rooftops.


+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to do extensive research on the Internet.


+ Team-oriented, energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, with a business development mindset 


+ Strong skills in organization, active listening, and sales closing.


+ Good verbal and written communication skills.


+ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.


+ Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening.


+ Authorized to work in the US.


Benefits:


+ Generous base salary of $60,000 per year.


+ Up to $15,000 in performance bonuses and on average second-year reps earn up to $90,000.00 per year.
