They work closely with sales managers and representatives to identify training needs, develop curriculum, and deliver training sessions.Reports to: Director of Membership SalesFLSA Status: ExemptAbility to stand for extended periods during training sessions and eventsCapability to perform outdoor training sessions, which may involve exposure to varying weather conditionsAbility to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Assessing the sales teams skill levels and training needsManage the process of employee terminations and handle the necessary documentationPartner with hiring managers and recruiters to assess staffing needsEnforce disciplinary measures as necessaryParticipate in the candidate selection/interview process for sales advisorsDeveloping training materials, presentations and activitiesConducting training sessions either in person or virtuallyResponsible for obtaining conversion rate and RPC GoalsBoost member engagement at designated site locationsDevelop sales strategies to achieve company membership churn goalsMonitor and evaluating the effectiveness of training programsProviding ongoing coaching and support to sales advisorsCollaborating with general managers and district managers to implement sales strategies and initiativesKeeping up to date on industry trends and best practices in sales trainingTraveling to different locations within the region to deliver training sessions with sales advisorsJob holder must demonstrate current competencies applicable to the job position. Every employee is required to remain updated on company policies and affairs through appropriate sources, such as the internal employee website.EDUCATION: High school education, preferred some college, AA or related fieldEXPERIENCE: Minimum of 3 Years of experience in sales, sales training, sales management, or a related roleRequirements:Strong background in sales and training, with in-depth knowledge of sales and processesExcellent communication and presentation skillsProficiency in using various training tools and technologiesMust be willing to travel up to 75%Bilingual requirement varies by regionCompensation details: 70000-70000 Yearly SalaryPIe79c5c33fe73-25660-35905708
