About the Job
Summary
The focus of this position is leading a designated Region for the LWW Division and ensuring company policies and processes are followed and excellent service is provided to our customers within the designated Region. Develop relationships both internally and externally with Co-workers, Vendors and customers. Work with the sales teams to win new business in the designated Region. Work with the Director of Field Operations to help drive innovation and operational excellence within the Laundry Ware wash Division.
Essential Functions
- Grow sales through working with the LWW and BradyPlus sales teams directly.
- Work with the Director to foster relationships with our vendor partners
- Lead innovation and new dispenser and product field testing
- Cultivate and manage relationships within the organization; facilitate frequent meetings and interactions within Service and various sales teams
- Increase profitability and sales by driving your team to operational excellence and account retention
- Foster frequent and clear communication between internal operations. Service & Operations
- Help Set the example for exceptional service standards
- 24/7 mentality
- Work with the Director to identify new technologies within the industry
- Assist with and organize large rollouts; work with our internal sales and operations team and coordinate with customers to devise plans for flawless execution.
- Manage your budget to meet company objectives
- Act as a change agent by providing insight on how to improve our chemical and service program.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies, and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Work Environment
This job operates in a warehouse with own workspace. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, outside weather conditions, and extreme conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephone, headset and photocopiers.

Required Education and Experience
- College Graduate or Equivalent
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in the Chemical Sales/Service industry
- A minimum of 5 years' experience managing Distributer relationships
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Formulate policy and develop and implement new strategies and procedures.
- Skilled at organizing resources and establishing priorities.
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and/or projections.

- Knowledge of contract documents and specifications required.
- Skilled in the use of computers, PC, Windows based operating environments as well as Microsoft Office suite of products (word, excel, PowerPoint) required.
- Ability to supervise others and foster a cooperative work environment including training, scheduling, and employee development and performance management skills required.
