We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Regional Service Technician Lead to join our dynamic team! Your work will be instrumental in providing outstanding service that keeps our operations booming. As a Regional Service Technician Lead, you will travel within your designated region, providing on-site support, troubleshooting, and maintenance on mobility and locker equipment at various customer sites. You'll collaborate closely with clients, ensuring their needs are met and helping them make the most of our innovative equipment. Responsibilities
- Performs maintenance services on VENU+ products
- Exhibits skill in use of all types of tools, both machine and hand tools used in maintenance activities
- Performs installation of new equipment and carries out routine service activities either at the client site or at any other assigned locations
- Assists the Regional Service Manager in effective planning, budgeting, and execution of service trips
- Suggests effective and efficient work routines, recommending better tools to utilize and improving service delivery standards.
- Requires travel to client sites within the region as well as out of the region to carry out service activities. Work may be carried out in an outdoor setting
- Plans, manages, and carries out service trips and projects that include travel coordination, planning service trips, making travel reservations, completing trip maintenance itinerary, supervising temporary labor, customer site set up and management, and customer service
- Demonstrates effective communication and acts as a liaison between customers and Venu+
- Complies with all Company policies and procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience servicing or maintaining equipment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Mechanically inclined and oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exhibits a willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays and heavy travel.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Able to work independently and with little supervision
- Exhibits a professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
