Job Qualifications:
8+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in land conservation, parks & trails stewardship, or property management
8+ years of kind, empathetic, and people-focused management experience
Experience building and maintaining community and organizational partnerships,
Experience working with Board leaders (Hilltown Land Trust) to execute on mission and strategy
Budget management expertise, both managing expenses and revenue targets
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to think strategically and collaborate with subject matter experts to align tactical and strategic initiatives
Knowledge of the conservation landscape in Massachusetts
Strong dedication to process and policy development with a focus on workplace safety
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Eagerness to protect and conserve the natural world
Excitement to spend time in nature understanding how our properties are maintained and what it takes to make The Trustees mission a reality.
