WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:Job Summary
The Registered Apprenticeship Program Manager oversees and manages all apprenticeship programs across Trilogy. They are responsible for developing and implementing apprenticeship policies, procedures, and standards, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The manager collaborates with various stakeholders, such as campus leadership, Trilogy Grants Team, and governing bodies, to establish and maintain effective apprenticeship programs. They provide guidance and support to apprentices, monitor their progress, and evaluate the effectiveness of the program. Additionally, they will be involved in internally and externally promoting apprenticeship opportunities and advocating for the benefits of apprenticeship programs.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Oversees the compliance of the Registered Apprenticeship Partners Information Database System (RAPIDS) reporting to ensure Trilogy Health Services (THS) registered apprenticeship programs meet all requirements.
• Ensures compliance of the THS registered apprenticeship programs, including, but not limited to, on the job training, journeyperson approval, completion timelines, and reporting.
• Supervises direct reports who are responsible for the systematic execution of apprenticeship programs.
• Executes all requirements for the current approved grants and ensures the associated training offerings are in compliance with these requirements.
• Partners with the Grants Team through the life-cycle of a grant (pre-award through post-award) to evaluate capacity and potential requirements, develop work plans, promote engagement, ensure compliance with all grant reporting and requirements, and assist with close of grants, including invoicing.
• Works directly with the Department of Labor (DOL) to obtain approval, recertification, and any other necessary requirements to maintain registered apprenticeship compliance.
• Manages audits with DOL and other state specific governing bodies in regards with apprenticeship programs.
• Partners with Talent Acquisition Team to ensure that we establish and maintain partnerships with community career centers.
• Assists in the alignment of all work and resource management with the Company’s mission, vision, philosophies and values, goals and strategic imperatives.
• Maintains professional/technical competencies and proficiencies for job responsibilities.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor Degree
Experience: 3-5 years
Licenses and Certifications
Project management certification preferred.
Physical Requirements
Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
