Qualifications

·         Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) required.

·         High school diploma required

·         Previous experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism preferred

·         Experience working with physically aggressive children or adults preferred

·         Certification in the use of standardized physical management strategies

What does the position look like?

·         Individualized 1:1 play-based ABA therapy aligning with the client's individualized treatment plan.

·         Direct supervision by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

·         Function as an active participant in the client's treatment team through collaboration with clinical staff and family.

·         Educate for appropriate social and play skills with peers.

·         Teach functional Educational skills.

·         Target behavioral reduction.
