Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Location: Orlando/Titusville Area
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team, providing in-person ABA services in the Orlando/Titusville area. The ideal candidate will work directly with clients, implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA in home and school settings. This role requires flexibility, as you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ABA therapy, ensuring that each client receives the support they need within their daily environments. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, school staff, and our clinical team are essential. RBT Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver direct ABA therapy to clients in accordance with behavior plans developed by a BCBA in home and school settings.
Collect data on client progress and behavior during therapy sessions, ensuring accurate documentation.
Implement individualized treatment programs in clients' homes or schools, supporting their development in natural environments.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school staff to ensure continuity of care and support.
Maintain professional communication with clinical supervisors and provide updates on client progress.
Attend ongoing supervision and training sessions to maintain RBT certification and enhance skills.
RBT Qualifications and Skills:
RBT certification required.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with clients and their families.
Ability to remain professional in high-stress situations and adapt to changing environments.
Strong listening and reasoning skills to follow treatment plans and report progress accurately.
Flexibility and adaptability in working with diverse clients and adjusting to various home and school settings.
