The Registered Behavior Technician position is an integral role in helping students reach their fullest potential by implementing quality service delivery. In this position, you will change the game for clients receiving our services through our school-based and clinic-based teams by providing individualized, compassionate services under the supervision of BCBAs. You will be a part of a family that is making a substantial impact in the community.
The ideal candidate for this position is a RBT who prioritizes passion, creativity, and collaboration to best serve the clients, parent/caregiver, or school team. You will utilize critical thinking skills to best serve each client and their support system with direct support from a BCBA. In this role, you will work closely with the BCBA to collaborate consistently to provide engage care for all families. As a RBT with Project Play, you will be changing the game in the ABA field.

Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or in the process of bachelor's degree
- Willingness and ability to complete requirements to become a Registered Behavior Technician through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board during the first 3 months employment
- At least 1 year of experience working with children
- Clean driving record
- Processes strong organization skills, a positive attitude, and a hold the belief that all children can reach their fullest potential with the right supports
