Our Lake Oswego, Oregon office has an immediate need for a Registered Client Service Associate to support Financial Advisors and senior level management.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide sales and administrative support to customers and Financial Advisors
- Maintain client account information and assist Financial Advisors with special projects as needed
- Coordinate and prepare for client review meetings and set up new accounts
- Organize and maintain calendar and meeting schedule
- Process invoices, check requests, and expense reports
- Research and arrange detailed travel plans: prepare travel itineraries and compile all documents and information needed for travel and appointments
- Interact with customers both in person and on the phone
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Follow up on deadline-driven tasks and issues
- Answer phones and take detailed, accurate messages
- Maintain files and documents
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned and required

Required Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- FINRA Series 7 AND 66 OR Series 7 and 63 & 65 are required
- 3+ years broker/dealer sales support experience preferred
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Basic/working knowledge of general office procedures and equipment (multi-line phones, FAX, computer and keyboard skills)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Professional appearance and demeanor is essential
- Positive 'can-do' attitude, ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines required

Applications will be accepted until the position is filled. Decisions regarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current hiring range is $30-$32.92/hr.
