Registered Counselors+ (RADT, RAC, SUDRC) - Group Facilitation Opportunity
Required Credential: RADT/RAC/SUDRC or CADC/SUDCC/CATC

Pay Range: $25-$33 p/h
Employment Type: Part-time
Schedule: Varies Weekly, Facility schedules can run Monday-Friday within the hours of 9am-6pm.
Starting Window: Any availability is preferred.

Company Overview: We staff reputable addiction treatment facilities dedicated to providing compassionate and evidence-based care to individuals struggling with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Mental Health (MH) challenges. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced facilitator to join our team.

Job Description: As a Substance Use Disorder/Mental Health Group Facilitator, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to our clients at various behavioral health facilities. Responsibilities include conducting group counseling sessions and ensuring the well-being and progress of each client.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate group counseling sessions for individuals with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Mental Health (MH) challenges.
• Document servcies in EMR within a timely manner
• Collaborate with the treatment team for coordinated care.
• Monitor clients' progress and report concerns to the clinical supervisor.
• Create a safe and supportive environment for clients.

Requirements:

• At Minimum, candidate must have a current registration as a registered drug and alcohol technician (RADT) or similar (RAC/SUDRC)
• Strong empathy, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in addiction treatment and mental health services.
• Familiarity with the KIPU EMR system is an advantage. (Kipu training available!)
• Empathy and understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals.

Demographic of Clients: The facilitator will primarily work with individuals dealing with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Mental Health (MH) issues.
