Facility: Queens Hospital
Location: 82-68 164th Street, Jamaica 11432
Pay range: $48 - $50/hr
Shift time: 8am-4pm -no weekends or holidays are required
13 weeks assignment with high possibility of extension

- Two years of experience as Registered Dietician
- Provide education and guidance with meal planning, care coordination, nutrition evaluation and recommendation.
- EPIC EMR preferred
Required:
- Certificate of Dietic Registration (CDR) - Required
- NY State Office of Professionals Registered License - Preferred
- AHA BLS - required
- Master's degree - preferred
