Registered Dietician
We are hiring a full-time Registered Dietician. Our mission is to personalize the wellness journey by providing skilled nursing and rehabilitation experiences that are designed around the needs of each individual. Job Duties:
· Coordinate nutritional care of residents and patients by completing nutritional assessments.
· Participate in IDT meetings as required.
· Provide nutritional counseling and education for residents and family.
· Provides dietary in-service training as required.
· Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Good decision making and judgment capabilities.
· Ability to identify and solve complex problems.
· Great communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
· High comfort level with enteral nutrition, wounds, weight management, Hemodialysis.
· Comfortable working in a healthcare facility.
· Familiarity with state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations.
The successful candidate will:
· Have a Registered Dietitian credential and FL license.
· Provide nutritional care to long-term care residents and sub-acute rehab patients.
· Plan, organize, develop, and direct the nutritional care of the resident in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, regulations and established facility/company policies and procedures.
· Be an active member of the interdisciplinary care conferences.
· Valid Florida Driver’s License
· Represent the Food & Nutrition Department as a liaison with the medical and nursing staff.
· Experience with electronic charting such as Point Click Care is a plus

· Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
· Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
