Sodexo is seeking a Fulltime Registered Dietitian for Roland Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Centerlocated in Baltimore, Maryland. This is a Monday through Friday position, with no required weekends or holidays. This Registered Dietitian will carry an average caseload of 110-130 residents, with an average of 40 admissions per month. We are open to a new graduate for this position, or an RD who is interested in transitioning into senior living.

The successful candidate will:

• provide nutritional care to the long-term care residents and sub-acute rehab patients;
• meet DOH/state/federal and company standards;
• be an active member of the interdisciplinary care conferences;
• represent the Food & Nutrition Department as a liaison with the medical and nursing staff; and/or
• support the food service operation as needed.

Basic Education Requirement:

Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:

Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

Credentials Requirement:

Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire

Basic Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in health care including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted or independent living facilities, long-term care, retirement homes, or clinics + registered dietitian
