Now hiring for a full-time Registered Dietitian!

Essential Job Functions Include:

• Maintain and update Resident's nutritional care plans.
• Complete initial, quarterly and annual nutritional assessments for all Residents.
• Attend weekly comprehensive care plan meetings.
• Document diagnosis and treatment goals.
• Monitor and document patient progress and interventions.
• Complete daily meal rounds.
• Assist Resident Care Team with nutritional issues.
• Additional duties as assigned by the Director of Food Services.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Registered Dietitian in a Rehab/LTC setting preferred, one year or more.
• Strong analytical, computer and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service and patient care.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in an understandable manner.
• Perform essential job functions (reasonable accommodation may apply.)
• Must be able to function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity and the ability to work effectively with Residents, staff, visitors, volunteers, government agencies/personnel, etc. under all conditions and circumstances.
