Registered Dietitian - Townhouse Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing

Position: Registered Dietitian - Full-Time

Join our 5-star rated, 280-bed facility at Townhouse Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, known for its warm and welcoming environment. We specialize in long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, and have a dedicated ventilator unit.

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000

Job Description:

Caseload: Responsible for 100 beds

Schedule: Alternating one-day weekend rotation approximately once a month

Responsibilities:

• Complete MDS, nutritional assessments, and follow-up progress notes via EMR charting
• Attend interdisciplinary and departmental meetings
• Contribute to quality assurance performance improvement studies
• Participate in weekly wound rounds
• Calculate and order tube feeding regimens
• Collaborate with diet tech and FSS to update resident menu files
• Experience with Sigmacare and Gerimenu is a plus

Requirements:

• Registered Dietitian (R.D.); CDN is a plus
• Nursing home experience preferred
