Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator for a Skilled Nursing Facility - Pinnacle Rehab Staffing

We are looking for a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) for a high-paying, permanent Assessment Coordinator position for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). The Registered Nurse must be willing and able to work Monday through Friday from 8:30am until 4pm. We will consider Registered Nurses who have at least 2 years of experience with adult or geriatric medical/surgical patients, such as in SNF, ALF, Hospital, Rehabilitation, Home Health, or Hospice. The Assessment Coordinator Registered Nurse is responsible for performing various duties relating to the assessment process; performing various communication and documentation duties; coordinating work within the department, as well as with other departments; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information. The Registered Nurse will carry out Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) roles and responsibilities as assigned. ASSESSMENT COORDINATOR (RN) JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Registered Nurse must have at least 2 years of recent experience working with adult and geriatric medical / surgical patients in any of the following settings:  Emergency Room, Emergency Department, rehabilitation Center / skilled nursing facility SNF, home health care / visiting nurse setting, rehab hospital, correctional facility, hospital / medical center, Intensive Care Unit ICU, Medical Intensive Care Unit MICU, Surgical Intensive Care Unit SICU,  Definitive Observation Unit DOU, Critical Care Unit CCU, float / pool nurse.  The RN must be Registered Nurse.  The Registered Nurse must have a current license in the state.  The Registered Nurse must either be a US Citizen or have your green card.
