REQUIRED:
1. Creates and develops evidence-based policies, procedures, protocols, and best practice models/guidelines
2. Contributes to the development of Staff Educational Program
3. Educate Staff
4. Identify specific competencies reflective of the needs of NICU Poplulation
5. PI
6. Committee participation with Medical Staff
7. Provides consultation to staff nurses in clinical, administrative, and educational role
conducts clinical inquiries to determine the need to change practice
8. Utilizes advanced clinical knowledge and communication skills through role modeling, consultation, and education with nurses and healthcare providers to support nursing practice and improve patient outcome

Overtime Multiplier: 48 total hours in 1 week : 1.5%
