The Charge Nurse of Pediatrics is responsible for leading and supervising clinical support staff in a designated department. This role collaborates with clinicians and administrative staff to provide safe, high-quality medical care. The CN enhances patient safety and satisfaction, tracks admissions, manages costs, and participates in performance improvement activities to promote quality and safety. *Education:* Graduate of an accredited nursing school, BSN preferred. *Experience:* Minimum three years in acute or ambulatory care, with supervisory experience. *Supervisory Responsibilities:* Directly supervises medical assistants. *Job Type:* Full-time. *Work Location:* In person.
