Shift Times: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Shift Notes: 12-hour shifts
Salary Range: $35.40/hour - $46.75/hour

The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting day-to-day activities of the unit, ensuring adherence to best practices, regulations, and hospital policies. This role will function as both a clinical/staff RN and as a charge nurse, providing leadership and guidance to LPNs, RNs, and LNAs on the floor. Key responsibilities include managing patient care, overseeing staff performance, coordinating nursing assignments, and acting as a resource for the nursing team.
Responsibilities:
- Function as a clinical RN with a small patient assignment (1-3 patients)
- Perform charge nurse duties, including overseeing LPN, RN, and LNA practice
- Coordinate employee breaks, create nursing assignments, and adjust for acuity changes
- Assist staff with patient care, follow-up on lab/diagnostic tests, and manage referrals
- Provide nurse manager with employee performance feedback
- Monitor timely and accurate charting and documentation
- Communicate with team members, management, and other hospital departments
- Act as house supervisor/main resource during off shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Facilitate patient transfers between hospitals

Qualifications:
- Active New Hampshire RN license at the time of submission - Required
- BLS Certification - Required
- 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience - Required
- Charge RN experience - Preferred
Certification Requirements:
- BLS
State License Requirements:
- New Hampshire
- Compact License Allowed
