JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-
Registered Nurse Director - Case Management
RN DIR - NCM
Full-Time
Registered Nurse Director candidates for the Case Management Department will have the following job responsibilities:
- Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including the case management model, staffing (skill mix and FTEs), use of information technologies, onboarding, and staff competencies to achieve performance and quality objectives.
- Allocates resources to effectively staff department and meet productivity and quality goals.
- Responsible for oversight of CM core functions and practice.
- Ensures adherence to care coordination and discharge planning processes, ensuring timeliness, quality, and proper documentation.
- Works with the Facility CFO and Division CM Leader to achieve established goals and expectations.
- Assesses and improves the department's performance by evaluating operational processes, monitoring performance through analyzing data, and implementing sustainable performance improvement activities.
- Ensuring compliance with policies and SOP.
- Establish working relationships with key stakeholders including CMO, CNO, ancillary service leaders, Ethics & Compliance, and Legal. Performs other duties as assigned.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Practices and adheres to the "Code of Conduct" and "Mission and Value Statement."
JOB QUALIFICATIONS-
Registered Nurse Director - Case Management
RN DIR - NCM
Full-Time
Registered Nurse Director candidates for the Case Management Department must meet the following minimum job qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, required
- Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration, preferred
- Either Registered Nurse (RN) licensure or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), required
- 5-7 years' experience in overall acute care Hospital Case Management
- 2+ years' experience in case management leadership
- Candidate must have experience in a leadership CM role in a large acute care facility to be considered, preferably Trauma Level
- Candidate must be polished, has great communication skills, ability to multi-task
FTEs: 30-40
General Comments
Salary Estimate: Min: $102,107.20 - Mid: $127,587.20 - Max: $153,088
(Incentive Bonus of Up To 15%)
Sign-On Bonus: $20K
Relocation: Case By Case Basis
