A well-known Health center located in Princeton, NJ is in need of Home Health Registered Nurse.
Type: Contract, Minimum of 13 weeks, possibly longer
Schedule: Day 5x8-Hour (08:30 - 16:30)
Location: Princeton, NJ
Requirements:
NJ or Compact RN license required
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
BLS required
Prior Home Health Experience required
OASIS experience preferred
Caseload includes varied diagnoses; primarily cardiac, ortho, neuro and oncology. Large number of patients requiring wound care, medication management, patient teaching and line/drain care. Lab drawers preferred
Experience with Wound Vacs, Pleurx Cath drainage, and drains (e.g. nephrostomy tubes, surgical drains, etc)
EPIC Charting-Remote Client experience preferred
