Pay: $2000-2150/wk
Mileage Reimbursement: Guaranteed plus $.42/mile

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Guaranteed 40 hours per week.
Job Description/Additional Details: Must have at least 12 months of hospice in home settings experience within the past 3 years.
HCHB experience preferred but not required.
