Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, medication administration, and monitoring vital signs.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families about their care.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of residents.

Qualifications:

• Current and unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state.
• Must have 2 years of experience working in geriatric nursing, 1 year of supervisor/management experience
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing needs.
• Experience working with elderly patients preferred.

Flexible schedule typically 8a-5p or 10a-6p

Must work a schedule that covers one weekend day

Pay is based on license and experience.
