Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and supervision for the Operating Room nursing team.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in accordance with the trauma center's standards.
• Oversee daily operations of the OR, including staffing, resource allocation, and compliance with safety protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages professional growth and development.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical experience with demonstrated clinical knowledge and leadership qualities.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. (Applicants without a BSN must actively pursue and attain a BSN within five years of hire. Continued employment beyond five years is contingent upon attaining the BSN.)
• 2 years of supervisory or charge nurse experience in an OR setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• National Certification in a relevant specialty.
• Advanced certifications or training specific to the Operating Room.
