Key responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history
Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
Provide patient education and emotional support
Assist in medical procedures and surgeries
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
Conduct health screenings and immunizations
Manage and document patient medical records
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Respond to medical emergencies and provide CPR if needed
Contribute to medical research and clinical trials
Supervise nursing assistants and other support staff
Participate in community health education programs
Stay updated with medical advancements and best practices
Required qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent degree
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, if applicable
Proven clinical experience in a healthcare setting
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
Knowledge of infection control and patient safety protocols
Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements
