Qualifications:

• Valid RN License in the State of New Jersey

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure the highest quality care for residents.
• Oversee daily Nursing Department functions in compliance with regulations.
• Facilitate facility surveys by government agencies as requested.
• Conduct daily rounds to maintain nursing standards.
• Handle complaints and grievances from department personnel.
