Education Qualifications:
+ BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.
What You'll Do in This Role:
+ Deliver Comprehensive Care: Provide nursing services in primary and specialty outpatient facilities, non-acute community settings, and through telehealth encounters, ensuring accessible care for all patients.
+ Exercise Professional Autonomy: Take responsibility for your nursing practice by making informed decisions and promoting health, recognizing that quality care is a universal right.
+ Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with patients and a multidisciplinary team to assess concerns, identify issues, and integrate both subjective and objective data.
+ Implement and Evaluate Care Plans: Develop tailored care plans, apply appropriate interventions, and continuously evaluate patient outcomes to enhance overall care quality.
+ Provide Urgent Care Nursing: Assess and manage a wide range of urgent health issues, perform triage, administer treatments, and educate patients on follow-up care and preventive measures.
This position will work the following:
+ 24 hours/week
+ Some Weekends and Holidays
+ Shifts between the hours of 8:00AM - 8:00PM
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
+ Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment.
+ Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month.
