The Endoscopy RN assists the physician with endoscopic procedures and monitors the physiological status of the patient throughout the pre, intra and post-procedure periods. We are seeking an RN who is looking for 40 hours per week, day shift.
As a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Endoscopy Team, you will be responsible for the following:
+ Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patient’s progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
+ Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
+ Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
+ Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
+ Basic Life Support (BLS) required
+ ACLS required
+ PACU, Procedural or Telemetry experience preferred
+ IV Insertion experience preferred
+ Procedural Sedation experience preferred
