AOM Healthcare is a premier long term care company operating twenty one long term care facilities throughout the state of Ohio and is now hiring Full-Time and Part-time (RN) Registered Nurses at Concord Care of Hartford, located at 3090 5 Points Hartford Rd, Fowler, Ohio.

Our team consists of experienced, energetic, dedicated, and compassionate RNs, LPNs, and STNAs.

We are currently seeking skilled, compassionate, dedicated, and driven Registered Nurse (RN) to welcome our ever-growing team!

Qualifications of the RN Position:

• Must work well with other staff but be able to work independently 
• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as RN in Ohio
• Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required 
• Able to relay information concerning a resident's condition
